online barcode label maker Sarasota, FL, June 14, 2011 - For Immediate Release. The BarCode News, dedicated to providing current news, resources, tools, and advice for anything bar code related, is providing a free tool for businesses, entrepreneurs, and other website visitors. The online Bar Code Label Creation Tool allows individuals to generate multiple sheets of customized bar code labels that can be printed on standard Avery labels.

“Our goal at www.barcode.com is to provide news and information to assist with the implementation and adoption of bar code technology,” says Craig Aberle, President of The BarCode News. “This new feature of printing mass quantities of labels at one time, and offering the ability to increment them as well, is new to the Internet and will facilitate bar code label printing for thousands of people. It is simply a natural extension of our mission to help promote barcoding.“

The tool is straightforward and easy to use. To generate the bar codes, visitors simply choose from the standard bar code types (Code 39,bar code labels Code 128, and UPC A), and enter a number sequence for the bar code, which can remain static or be set to increment sequentially. Users may customize labels by uploading a logo and inserting a top line of text. After selecting from a list of standard Avery formats, and choosing the number of pages they would like to generate (from 1-5), the labels are generated and sent in PDF format to the user's email account, to be printed and saved as desired.

Barcode.com also offers an online generator for standard 1D bar codes, as well as an online QR code generator, both provided free of charge for website visitors.
