G7 recently introduced RBarc Bar Code Software for SAP users. Now barcodes can be created in SAP for documents without the need for an outside generator or specialized printers.
After the barcodes are generator by the RBarc software, they are stored in the SAP system for future reference to prevent data loss when the printers are changed. Bar codes can be used when mailing documents directly from the SAP system as well. The RBarc Family consists of four titles: RBarc +2010 for 1D barcodes, RBarc/PDF417 for PDF417 2D bar codes,RBarc/DataMatrix for creating 2D Datamatrix bar codes, and RBarc/OMR for optical marc recognition bar codes.
