Mobiqua Mobile Bar Codes Create Paperless Tickets for Movie-Goers

Mobile bar code and paperless ticketing global leader Mobiqua has created a paperless method of ticketing for their new partner, MovieTickets.com.

Using this new ticketing solutions, movie-goers will receive “tickets” in the form of a bar code right on their mobile phones. From there, the theater attendants can simply scan the guest’s phone screen and obtain the ticket information. This plan will not only prove to be a more eco-friendly alternative, but also a cost-efficient substitute to printing tickets. While this paperless method is still in pilot mode, it is anticipated to make ticket scanning an easier and more streamlined process for guests and staff alike.
