TSL Bluetooth RFID Reader Deploys Tyco’s TrueVUE 5.1 Software

Today, TSL announced product availability of its mobile RFID reader with TrueVUE v.5.1 software from Tyco Retail Solutions (Tyco) for enhanced inventory management and powerful in-store mobility. The combined TSL and Tyco RFID retail solution empowers employees with mobile technology and functional capabilities to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy for increased store performance.

TSL’s wireless-enabled handheld readers, such as the high-performance 1128 Bluetooth® UHF RFID Reader, offer cost-efficiency, ease-of-use and compatibility with a range of host devices via Bluetooth® wireless communications. These universal UHF RFID readers are ideally suited for use with Tyco’s TrueVUE v.5.1 software and allow retailers to leverage iOS-powered mobile devices already in use in the store, including the iPhone or iPod Touch, reducing costs for large scale deployment. Through centralized system deployment and increased mobility, information is delivered from the enterprise to the stores, empowering personnel to easily access information anytime, anywhere, and from any device.
