Asset Panda, Zapier Integration Provides Optimized Asset Tracking Experience

“We are excited to partner with Zapier. This partnership will allow our clients to connect Asset Panda with many different systems, helping establish sustainable, technical eco-systems that will grow and evolve along with our clients’ needs.”-Rex Kurzius

Since 2012, Asset Panda has provided one of the best asset tracking software and management solutions on the market, setting up integrations with frequently-used programs like G Suite and Freshservice to help businesses run more smoothly and efficiently. Now, businesses can operate at an even higher level of efficiency thanks to Asset Panda’s newest integration with Zapier.

An optimization tool in its own right, Zapier is used by thousands of companies around the world to connect more than 1000 web apps so they work together seamlessly. This hands-off approach enables businesses to work smarter, since they gain back time they would otherwise spend coordinating their apps’ processes themselves. The Zapier-Asset Panda integration simplifies this process even more because it cohesively pulls together every single asset across a company’s sales systems, finance systems, marketing systems, and more.

For example, if a company added a new product or item into Asset Panda, Zapier would take that information and send it to all other software as needed. In this way, a purchase order could be sent to Quickbooks, or a lead could be sent to SalesForce, or a new asset could be sent as a text message to supervisors. The Asset Panda-Zapier integration works both ways, too; adding a new contact to SalesForce, for example, would prompt Zapier to take that information and auto-send it to Asset Panda. The integration can be customized to only send information between the two software systems if it meets specific requirements (e.g. if a purchase order is at $600 or above, then Zapier would send it to Asset Panda).

No programming, coding, or API knowledge is needed to set up Zapier’s connection to Asset Panda’s software; the two systems can be configured through an easy-to-use web tool so no one has to sit down and write the code. Only current Asset Panda customers can enable the Zapier integration.

Rex Kurzius, Founder of Asset Panda, said, “We are excited to partner with Zapier. This partnership will allow our clients to connect Asset Panda with many different systems, helping establish sustainable, technical eco-systems that will grow and evolve along with our clients’ needs.”
